template for my digipak

The most common template for a digipak is the simple booklet, which is read from left to right like a book. However their are many different design options for a digipak to go.

For this research, I used the website https://www.discmakers.com/templates/digipaks.asp
to see the many types of digipaks, and choose which template I would like my digipak to have.

the specification states that it must be a 6 panel digipak

This is what the digipak looks like when it is fold up, plus what it looks like when it is
opened up.

The position of the disk inside the digipak can be on the right or left hand side of the digipak.

Alternatively, digipaks can have a pocket inside of them, to hold additional information, giving opportunities for a more personal experience with the consumer, who may get exclusive information from it, or extra pictures of them.

For my digipak, I have decided to use the 6 panel, 1 left tray format. This fits the more simplistic nature of the indie genre.
